Transstroimost (Kazakhstan) delays payment of the 5th coupon on its bonds KZ2CKY05B950 (TSSMb1)

/KASE, October 20, 08/ - Transstroimost (Almaty Region) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter that the company did not pay the fifth coupon interest payment to holders of its bonds KZ2CKY05B950 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of category "Debt Securities without the Rating", TSSMb1; KZT100, KZT5.0 bn.; April 6, 06 - April 5, 11, the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation rate, 12.00 % APR for the reporting period). The mentioned coupon interest must have been paid in the period from October 6 to October 16, 2008. In its letter Transstroimost informed that it is experiencing temporary difficulties due to untimely payment by client enterprises of provided services and works. Transstroimost is planning to fulfill obligations on the coupon interest payment till the end of the current month.
