/KASE, May 12, 10/ - International Airport of Almaty (Almaty), common shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, in response to the KASE request of April 27, 2010 provided to KASE the copy Almaty Special Economic Court decision (hereinafter - ASEC) of April 5, 2010.

According to this decision:

Amsterdam Trade Bank NV application on measures to satisfy the suit shall be satisfied.

International Airport of Almaty is prohibited to alienate and/or burden real estate and personal assets owned to International Airport of Almaty.

This decision shall be sent to Almaty courts administrator of the Committee on Court Administration under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan for immediate implementation.

The decision can be appealed in Almaty City Court during 10 days.
