Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Kazakhstan) opened the representation in Aktau

/KASE, May 18, 10/ - Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are
present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the
following press release of May 18, 2010:

Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Kazakhstan) opened its official representation in
Aktau (Mangistau Region). The representation main goal is to support new and
existing clients receiving banking services.

The Board Chairman Danila Smirnov commented the representation opening:
"Aktau is the largest industrial center in both Kazakhstan and Caspian Region.
Therefore, I believe that the representation opening is strategically important
decision. I consider this fact as the logical consequence of our bank dynamic
development and plans to extend cooperation with our existing and future
partners".

The representation office is located at: micro-district #2, building # 47A, office
102 офис (new the ORDA center).

The representation head Timur Sidagaliev emphasized that the representation
opening proves the bank intent to make the access of clients to the bank
resources easier. In Aktau are located headquarters of many local and foreign
companies that will facilitate the demand for high quality financial services.
