/KASE, July 15, 10/ - ABDI Company (Almaty, hereafter - the company), listing
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the
share register as on July 1, 2010.

Registrar is Registrator Zerde (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized shares of the bank (common shares only
  KZ1C39070012) is 200,800;

- 2,255 shares are outstanding;

- the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more
  percent of outstanding shares of the company is Almaty-based ABDI
  GROUP.
