/KASE, August 17, 10/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 26, 2010 to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category were included bonds KZP01Y07D747 (KZT100; KZT4.0 bn; 7 years, the semi-annual coupon indexed at the inflation rate, 13.00 % APR for the first circulation year, 30/360) of Imstalkon (Almaty).

The date of the mentioned Listing Commission decision effect will be announced in addition when the mentioned issuer pays listing fees.

The trades opening in mentioned shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.

The bonds issue is the first within the second bond program of Imstalkon, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on May 4, 2010 to the total amount of KZT12.0 bn, and the third "internal" bonds issue listed on KASE.

Registrator Zerde (Almaty) is Imstalkon registrar.

Bonds were assigned the abbreviation (trading code) IMSKb3.
