Only shareholder ABDI Company (Kazakhstan) decided to sell part of the company's assets LLP Kemer Salt

/IRBIS, August 31, 2010/ - ABDI Company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the
Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the decision of its sole
shareholder - ABDI GROUP, dated on August 13, 2010.

According to the documents submitted the sole shareholder of the company
decided to sell part of its own assets, the total estimated cost of
KZT1,591,470,328, LLP Kemer Salt.
