Only Shareholder ABDI Company (Kazakhstan) decided not to pay dividends on common stock for 2009

/IRBIS, September 3, 2010/ - JSC ABDI Company (Kazakhstan, hereinafter -
the Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the decision of its sole
shareholder - LLP ABDI GROUP ", dated August 16, 2010.

According to documents submitted sole shareholder of the company took the
following decisions:

- approve the annual financial statements of the company for the year 2009;

- in connection with the negative financial result of the year 2009 dividends
  were not declared and not paid.
