/IRBIS, September 6, 2010/ - Results of the drawing of the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of Kazakhstan on the primary market for government securities from August 30 to September 3, 2010:

• weekly balance of net borrowing of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance on the domestic market has developed in size plus KZT14,407.5 million - with the volume of services in KZT406.1 million issuer held one auction on Sept. 2, 2010 on placement of short-term Treasury bonds MEKKAM-9 # 016 (NIN - KZK1KM090161) amounting to KZT150.0 million;
• balance of net borrowing of National Bank of Kazakhstan had the following week in the amount plus KZT19,000.7 million.

Weekly balance of all government securities issuers to assess IRBIS was plus KZT33,408.3 million.

The "minus" sign in the exponent of balance means that the amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer (or issuer) and remained among investors, "plus" - by the amount the issuer (issuer) took (take) more than repaid (redeemed).
