Stock indices in emerging markets on Wednesday have closed down in different
directions. Pressure on the course of trade continued to post Wall Street Journal
that announced by the stress test results of large European banks underestimated
the proportion of potentially risky government bonds in the portfolios of some
creditors. On the eve of the Association of German Banks also argued that the 10
largest creditors of the country, you may need about 105 billion euros for
additional capitalization. In addition, investors in emerging markets were waiting
for exit "Beige Book" U.S. Fed. As expected, the Fed report recorded the continued
slowdown in U.S. economy and is still vague prospects of recovery.

At the same time a number of markets closed on a positive note on the background

MICEX Ind - main index of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange. including the 30
most liquid stocks of Russian issuers.

RTSI - Russia's stock market index Stock Exchange RTS. Calculated on the basis of
50 securities of most capitalized Russian companies.

MSCI EM - a composite index of stock market capitalization of emerging markets
areas. Since May 2005. includes the index values 26 developing countries:
