/IRBIS, January 5, 2012/ - National Bank of Kazakhstan granted Mynbayev Almas Sayatovich with consent to acquire status of big shareholder of JSC "life insurance company "Astana-Finance", reported today the Committee for the Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Institutions of NBK.

"By Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Kazakhstan from 26.12.2011 # 217 Mynbayev Almas Sayatovich was granted with consent to acquire a status of major shareholder of joint- stock company "Life insurance company "Astana-Finance", - was stated in the message.
