/KASE, January 9, 12/ - AMF Group (Aktobe), securities of which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of changes and additions made to the issue prospectus of its bond program.

The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on December 20, 2011 and were made due to changes and additions to the Company's Board of Directors, its organizational structure and its type of activities.
