/KASE, January 12, 12/ - LLP "Corporation AIC-Invest" (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered changes made to issue prospectuses of its second bond program, as well as the following bonds:

• KZP01Y05D980 (KZ2P00001548, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, APKIb4);
• KZP02Y05D988 (KZ2P00001571, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, APKIb5);
• KZP03Y05D986 (KZ2P00001654, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, APKIb6).

The changes were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on December 20, 2011 and were made due to changes in data about the registrar of LLP "Corporation AIC-Invest".
