/KASE, January 16, 12/ - JSC "BTA Ipoteka, Subsidiary hypothecary organization of BTA Bank" (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are listed in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2012.

Tsentr DAR (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of the company's authorized common shares (only common KZ1C44010011) is equal to 280,000,000 units;
• 55,000,000 shares are outstanding;
• the sole person, holding shares of the company in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of offered share of the company is JSC "BTA Bank" (Almaty).
