/KASE, January 23, 12/ - JSC "AMF Group" (Aktobe, hereinafter - the company), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders will begin on March 20, 2012 at 10:00 o'clock.

The sole issue on the meeting agenda is making changes and additions to the company charter due to the changed location of the company's executive body.

The meeting is to be held at 112 Nekrasov str., Aktobe.
