/KASE, January 24, 12/ - Kazkommertsbank (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE copies of changes to issue prospectuses of its first and second bond programs and the following bonds:

• KZ2CKY10B513 (KZ2C00000750, KASE official list Non-Rated Debt Securities first subcategory, KKGBb4);
• KZ2CKY10B695 (KZ2C00000768 KASE official list Non-Rated Debt Securities first subcategory, KKGBb5).

The changes have been registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on January 4, 2012 and were made due to the changes in Kazkommertsbank Management Board composition.
