According to the extract:

• the total number of announced shares of the company (only common KZ1C45210016) makes up 56,849,371 units;
• all company shares are offered;
• the sole person, who owns company shares in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares of the company is National Managing Holding KazAgro (Astana).
