In pursuance of Kazakhtelecom Management Board decision of December 13, 2011, the company paid on December 21 - 23, 2011 dividends on its preferred shares for 2011.

The list of shareholders, entitled to receive dividends was developed as of December 8, 2011.

In addition, Kazakhtelecom draws attention of its shareholders to the need in submission of new bank account numbers (IIC)*, identification numbers (IIC of individuals / BIN of legal entity) to the holder of Kazakhtelecom register Registratorskaya Systema Tsennykh Bumag (050036, Almaty, Astana micro-district, bld. 8a, tel. (727 2) 26-11-64, 26-13-32, ф. 26-11-76) or the register affiliates.

* Relates to shareholders awareness, who up to date did not provide new bank account numbers (IIC), according to Resolution of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 24, 2007 # 124 "On Preparation to Transfer to the Bank Client Bank Account Single Structure".
