/KASE, February 3, 12/ - JSC "Subsidiary mortgage organization of joint stock company BTA Bank, BTA Ipoteka" (Almaty) has by an official letter informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate on its mortgage bonds KZPC2Y08B644 (KZ2C00000883, KASE official list, second subcategory of Non-rated Debt Securities, BTAIb8; KZT100, KZT7.0 bn, August 22, 2005 - August 22, 2013; semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate) for the coupon period from February 22 to August 21, 2012 was set in the size of 6.40 % APR.

In the current coupon period (till February 22, 2012) the interest rate on the mentioned bonds makes up 9.00 % APR.
