/KASE, February 7, 12/ - JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of amendments made to the issue prospectus of its shares.

The mentioned amendments were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on January 25, 2012 and were made due to changes in the Management Board of JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan".
