/KASE, February 7, 12/ - JSC "AMF Group" (Aktobe), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a letter from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of January 25, 2012, according to which FSC NBK "took note of the information on non-placement of JSC "AMF Group" shares in the period from July 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012".

According to the FSC NBK information, as of January 1, 2012, 51,940,000 common shares of JSC "AMF Group" remained unplaced.
