/KASE, April 3, 12/ - JSC "Subsidiary of Joint Stock Company "BTA Bank" "BTA Ipoteka" (Almaty) has by an official letter informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate on its mortgage bonds KZP07Y10C112 (KZ2C00000875, KASE official list; second subcategory of Non-Rated Debt Securities category, BTAIb16; KZT100, KZT14.0 bn, April 1, 2008 - April 1, 2018;
semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate) for the coupon period from April 1 to October 31, 2012 was set at 6.10 % APR.

In the previous coupon period (till April 1, 2012) the interest rate on the mentioned bonds made up 10.20 % APR.
