/KASE, April 16, 12/ - TEMA Ko. (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders will be held on April 17, 2012 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:

• increasing the number of the company's authorized shares;
• making changes to the company's charter.

The said meeting will be held at 52/2 Dostyk ave., Almaty.
