/KASE, April 23, 12/ - JSC "Delta Bank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "from April 19, 2012 authorities of Member of Board of Directors E. Zhumagazieva and Member of Board of Directors, independent director K. Sisengalieva are terminated following notifications they submitted".
