/KASE, June 18, 12/ - JSC "Mangistaumunaigaz" (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of paying dividends on its common shares KZ1C05020017 (KASE official list, third category, MMGZ) and preferred shares KZ1P05020113 (KASE official list, third category, MMGZp) due for 2011.

According to the mentioned letter the amount of payments made up:

• on common shares - KZT119,625,845,644.8;
• on preferred shares - KZT1,208,341,875.2.
