/KASE, November 6, 12, November 5, 12 news repetition/ - As was announced
earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of
Directors dated October 25, 2012 changes and additions # 1 (amendments) to
KASE internal document "Rules for Conducting Subscription to Shares" (Rules)
were approved.
The amendments were approved by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision
of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan on November 2, 2012 and were put into effect from
November 5, 2012.
The updated text of the Rules was published on November 5 on KASE website at
