Nurbank (Kazakhstan) signed Memorandum on Cooperation with Taldykorgan City Akimat

/KASE, December 7, 12/ - Nurbank (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the following press release of December 7, 2012: quotation Deputy Chairman of Nurbank Management Board Rauan Daukenov and Deputy Akim of Almaty Oblast signed the Memorandum on Cooperation. The parties, having evaluated the socio-economic situation in the region, discussed perspectives for mutually beneficial cooperation and potential possibilities and needs of the oblast population defined in the signed document general areas of bilateral cooperation. "Signing of the Memorandum proves our intent to extend presence in this region of Kazakhstan. The Memorandum will allow interaction of the Bank and Akimat on socio-economic development of the region, improvement of its population welfare, extension of the bank infrastructure and range of provided services, and solve existing problems", - said Rauan Daukenov. The parties agreed to developed the joint plan for efficient implementation of government and regional programs, develop and implement joint crediting programs, including crediting of the co-funding. In addition, the Bank and the region administration intend to implement the government housing construction program through hypothecary crediting, introduction of modern and new banking technologies, extension of the Bank range of services provided to the region population. The Bank priority development areas in Almaty Oblast is extension of the Bank ibnfrastructure and the range of services provided to the population, i.e. tender guarantees on state procurements, acceptance of payment of the population, payment to government workers of salaries, pensions, social allowances and other services.
