/KASE, July 2, 13/ – JSC "Rakhat" (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release of July 2, 2013: quote Rakhat JSC, Kazakhstan's leading confectionery company, and LOTTE Confectionery, a major producer of sweets from South Korea, today officially announced that LOTTE Confectionery made an agreement on purchase of around 76% of outstanding shares of Rakhat. The acquisition is subject to customary approvals.
