/KASE, October 24, 13/ – National managing holding KazAgro (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today provided KASE
with the following information statement:

A new industrial facility – vegetables storage facility "AsarKZ" with a total
storage capacity of 5,600 tons of vegetables at a time (plus 600 tons of shock
frozen vegetables) – was launched on the basis of South Kazakhstan's largest
service and collecting complex "AsarKZ". The total cost of vegetables storage
facility "AsarKZ" funded through KazAgroFinance – KZT489,259,000. The modern
structure constructed in accordance with a Spanish technology (Vehiculos) has
started accepting the harvest of vegetables from South Kazakhstan, as well as
produce from the industrial greenhouse "Asar KZ", with an area of 2 Ha and an
annual output of 352 tons of vegetables and 5,000,000 pieces of sprouts a year.
It is worth noting that overall 17 vegetables storage facilities with a capacity
of 91,187 tons of vegetables a year were funded and commissioned through
KazAgroFinance under the investment program "Creation and modernization of
vegetables storage facilities". 4 major vegetables storage facilities worth more
than KZT1,438 m are supposed to be commissioned in 2013 across the country,
with the total storage capacity of 13,600 tons of vegetables a year.
