/KASE, October 31, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission dated October 31, 2013, bonds KZP01Y10E533
(KZ2C00002426; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon 6.00 % p.a.,
30/360) of Central-Asian power-energy company (Almaty) were included in the
Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally
after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
The issue of the mentioned bonds is the first one under the first bond program
of Central-Asian power-energy company registered by Committee on Control
and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on September 10, 2013 to the total
amount of KZT15.0 bn.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) CAEPb1.
Main activities of Central-Asian power-energy company include investment and
innovative activities, facilitating development of local and foreign enterprises
operating in the power industry, machinery manufacturing and other industries.
More detailed information on the said bond issue will be published on KASE
website after the Listing Commission's decision becomes effective.
