Bonds KZ2P0Y08D761 (KZ2P00000995, CSDVb1) of CS Development LLP (Kazakhstan) removed from KASE official list at their issuer initiative

/KASE, November 28, 13/ – By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision from November 29, 2013 bonds KZ2P0Y08D761 (KZ2P00000995, KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category, CSDVb1; KZT1,000, KZT60.0 bn; September 27, 10 – September 27, 18, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of CS Development LLP (Almaty) removed from KASE official list at their issuer initiative. According to the KASE conclusion of November 19, 2013 KASE received from CS Development LLP the following documents: - the application of November 6, 2013 on mentioned bonds voluntary delisting; - the extract from the bonds holders registers, according to which as of November 6, 2013 all mentioned bonds of CS Development LLP in the number of 60,000,000 units were at accounts on authorized securities; - the decision of CS Development LLP sole shareholder of November 6, 2013 on mentioned bonds voluntary delisting. Based on the above said and in compliance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned bonds undergone delisting. The bonds were included to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category from September 27, 2010. Trades in the mentioned bonds opened from October 20, 2010. No deals were made in the mentioned bonds during their circulation on KASE. [2013-11-28]
