Bonds KZ2P0Y07C187 (KZ2C00000644, RESCb1) of RESMI Group removed from KASE official list due to circulation term expiry

/KASE, December 23, 13/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that from December 23, 2013 bonds KZ2P0Y07C187 (KZ2C00000644, KASE official list Non-rated Debt Securities first subcategory, RESCb1; KZT10, KZT12.0 bn, December 21, 06 – December 21, 13; semi-annual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of RESMI Group (Almaty) have been removed from KASE official list due to circulation term expiry. The mentioned bonds were included to KASE official list "B" category from December 21, 2006, from September 1, 2008 were transferred to KASE official list Non-rated Debt Securities second subcategory, and from December 26, 2008 – to KASE official list Non-rated Debt Securities first subcategory. Trades in bonds opened from April 17, 2007. During the bonds circulation on KASE their yield to maturity for a buyer (on deals made by open trades methods) varied from 8.00 to 18.00 % APR. In 2012 the mentioned bonds took on KASE the 9th position of corporate securities trading on the volume of deals made (1.89 % from the corresponding market turnover) and 5th position in the similar rating of corporate bonds (3.31 %).
