/KASE, January 16, 14/ – Agricultural credit corporation (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a notice from the Committee on Control and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated January 9, 2014.
According to the document presented, the FSC NBK approved the report on results
of the offering of bonds KZP02Y03D959 (KZ2C00001899, KASE official list, Rated
Debt Securities category, AGKKb3; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; December 5, 2012 –
December 5, 2015, semi-annual coupon 7.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Agricultural credit
corporation.
According to the FSC NBK, as of December 5, 2013, 85,223 bonds remained
unplaced.
