According to the extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (common shares KZ1C23640010 only) makes up 50,289,005 units; - 48,333,717 shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole person, holding shares of the company in the quantity of five and more percent of the total number of outstanding shares of the company is JSC "National Managing Holding "KazAgro" (Astana).
