/KASE, February 4, 14/ – Zhaikmunai (Oral), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the
following:

According to Item 1 (5) Article 28 of the Listing Rules please be notified that
the Sixth Supplemental indenture relating 10.5% notes due 2015 and the Fourth
Supplemental indenture relating 7.125# notes due 2019 were signed on January 29,
2014. We informed RoK National Bank about signing of these supplemental
indentures on 31.01.2014.
