/KASE, February 18, 14/ – National atomic company Kazatomprom (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote Hereby NAC Kazatomprom registered at 10 Konaev str., district Esil, Astana 010000 (Certificate of state re-registration of legal entity No. 41031-1901-AO of August 23, 2011, BIN 970240000816), notifies you of its reorganization by way of acquisition of limited liability partnership "Mining company", registered at Taukent village, Sozak district, South-Kazakhstan region (certificate of state registration of legal entity No. 22785-1958-TOO of August 19, 2004, BIN 040840001172). All rights and liabilities of the Mining company are transferred to NAC Kazatomprom in accordance with the handover certificate of acquisition of Mining company by NAC Kazatomprom as of January 1, 2014, taking into account the Certificate of changes in assets and liabilities (rights and liabilities) of the Mining company being transferred to NAC Kazatomprom as part of the reorganization for the period from January 1, 2014 to February 10, 2014 approved by Management Board of SWF Samruk-Kazyna of February 10, 2014, Minutes No.04/14. unquote [2014-02-18]
