officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE of the following:

... it was determined that according to the delivery agreements the payment term
was fixed until February 25, 2014.
Based on the above-mentioned, we notify you that payment for the 11th coupon
period on bonds KZP01Y10D329 (KZ2C00000248, KATRb2) of Atameken-Agro
(Kazakhstan) – to the amount of 10 % p.a. (payable KZT200,556,550) will be
effected until February 26, 2014.
