/KASE, February 26, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board in accordance with sub-item 1) item 12 of the Rules
of Repo Transactions Execution and sub-item 1) item 3-2 of the Specification of
Auto Repo Market, as of February 26, 2014 a ban was imposed on using bonds
KZ2C0Y06D750 (KZ2C00001683, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category,
TEMAb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.2 bn; May 14, 2010 – May 14, 2016; semi-annual coupon
13.50 % p.a.; 30/360) of TEMA Ko. (Almaty) as underlying assets for nego and
auto repo transactions.
This decision was taken following TEMA Ko.'s failure to pay the 15th coupon
interest on the mentioned bonds.
