/KASE, March 6, 14/ – TEMA Ko. (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of
the following:

Due to some temporary financial straits caused by the seasonal decrease in the
demand for restaurant services, as well as the arrest of the current account, it
was deemed impossible to pay on time the coupon interest on bonds of TEMA Ko.
(hereinafter – the Issuer) KZ2C0Y06D750 (KZ2C00001683).
Hereby the Issuer undertakes to pay the coupon interest until March 20, 2014.
