Annual general meeting of Credit Association ORDA Credit (Kazakhstan) shareholders scheduled for March 28, 2014

/KASE, March 19, 14/ – Credit Association ORDA Credit (Shymkent, hereinafter – the company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on March 28, 2014 at 11:00 o'clock with the following agenda: - the Management Board report on implementation of 2013 budget of costs and income; - approval of the company's 2013 annual financial statements and distribution of the company net income. The meeting shall be held at 47 Gani Ilyaev str., Shymkent. Participants shall be registered from 10:00 o'clock. In case of no quorum the repeated meeting shall be held on March 31, 2014 at 10:00 o'clock at the above address.
