/KASE, March 19, 14/ – DBK-Leasing, subsidiary organization of joint-stock company Development Bank of Kazakhstan, (Astana) has by an official letter informed KASE that "on March 14, 2014 Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan-Leasing took a decision (Minutes No. 81) of early termination of authorities of deputy Chairmen of Management Board of DBK-Leasing Zhanat Myrzabekov and Bauyrzhan Shalabekov and appointment of deputy Chairmen of Management Board of DBK-Leasing Kairat Baisanov as of March 17, 2014 and Aleksei Boev as of March 18, 2014".
