/KASE, March 27, 14/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), securities of which are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of an
official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NBK) dated
March 19, 2014, according to which the NBK has approved the report on results of
placement of bonds KZP03Y10E059 (KZ2C00001964, KASE official list, Rated Debt
Securities category, CSBNb12; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; February 7, 2013 –
February 7, 2023; semi-annual coupon 11.00 % APR; 30/360) of Kaspi Bank for the
period from August 8, 2013 to February 7, 2014.
According to the NBK letter provided, 70,000,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds
were unplaced as of February 7, 2014.
