/KASE, April 7, 14/ – By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management
Board decision ASYL-INVEST (Almaty) from April 7, 2014 is debarred from
securities trading on KASE (excluding earlier opened repo transactions).
The decision has been made in compliance with sub-item 1) of item 27 of KASE
internal document "Regulations on Membership" based on Resolution of the
National Bank Management Board of April 4, 2014 # 45 on suspension of
ASYL-INVEST license for brokerage and dealer activities on the securities
market for three months with the right to keep clients accounts as the
nominee holders.
