As of April 9, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C56580018 (KZ1C00000090, VSTN) of Real estate fund "Velikaya Stena" (Kazakhstan) removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, April 9, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of April 9, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C56580018 (KZ1C00000090, VSTN) of Real estate fund "Velikaya Stena" (Almaty) are removed from KASE official list at request of their issuer. In KASE conclusion of March 20, 2014 it is pointed out that KASE received from Real estate fund "Velikaya Stena" the following documents: - an application of March 12, 2014 for voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares; - an extract from the system of registries of holders of the mentioned shares according to which as of February 7, 2014 there were six legal persons and 29 individuals among shareholders of Real estate fund "Velikaya Stena". The main shareholder of Real estate fund "Velikaya Stena" is INNOVA INVESTMENT LLP (Almaty; 72.49 % of the total number of outstanding shares of Real estate fund "Velikaya Stena"); - a copy of the minutes of an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on March 11, 2014 on voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares according to which the main shareholder and two minor shareholders voted for the decision on removal of the said shares from KASE official list (96.67 % of the total number of voting shares of Real estate fund "Velikaya Stena"); remaining shareholders were absent from the mentioned meeting. Based on the abovementioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) item 1 article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's A category as of June 26, 2008; from September 1, 2008 they were transferred into KASE sector "securities of investment funds". Trade in them opened as of June 26, 2008. During their circulation on KASE prices of deals concluded in them by open trade method varied from KZT115,455.00 to KZT360,310.83 per share. [2014-04-09]
