Common shares KZ1C49190016 (KZ1C00000611, PDEN) of PAVLODARENERGO excluded from KASE official list beginning April 9, 2014 at their issuer initiative

/KASE, April 9, 14/ – By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision from April 9, 2014 common shares KZ1C49190016 (KZ1C00000611, PDEN) of PAVLODARENERGO (Pavlodar) have been excluded from KASE official list at their issuer initiative. According to KASE conclusion of April 7, 2014, KASE received from PAVLODARENERGO the following documents: - the application of April 2, 2014 on shares voluntary delisting; - the extract from mentioned shares holders registers, according to which as of January 1, 2014, Central Asian Power Energy Company was the sole shareholder of PAVLODARENERGO; - the copy of extract from minutes of Central Asian Power Energy Company Board of Directors absentee voting of March 11, 2014 # 1, with the decision on mentioned shares voluntary delisting. Based on the above said and in compliance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the shares have been de-listed. The shares were admitted to KASE official list third category from November 9, 2009. Trades in shares opened from November 9, 2009. No deals were made in mentioned shares during their circulation on KASE. [2014-04-09]
