National Managing Holding KazAgro on orders received by KazAgroFinance to the amount over KZT13.0 bn

/KASE, April 9, 14/ – National Managing Holding KazAgro (Astana), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the following press release of April 9, 2014: quotation Within preparation for spring and field works in "Kazagrofinance" arrived demands for acquisition of 1365 pieces of equipment for total amount more than 13 billion tenge. Today contracts of financial leasing for 479 units of sowing equipment for the sum of 3 664 million tenges are already signed with landowners, still demands for 886 pieces of equipment are under consideration of credit committee of the company, and soon will give start on cultivated areas over all country. Among "popular" equipment, besides tractors and seeders such types of equipment as a harrow of kuna, a plow, a press sorter, a cultivator, a harvester, etc. are registered. It should be noted that the most part of the equipment bought by farmers within spring and field works – the Kazakhstan production, in particular, one of the most popular models – the Belarusian tractor, made on Semipalatinsk a car assembly plant "Semaz". In turn the hinged equipment for equipment is acquired both from the USA, and from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Canada, Germany, etc. By the way, for support of agricultural producers since 2013 of JSC Kazagrofinance I lowered an advance payment for acquisition of agricultural machinery from 25% to from 15%. Within preparation for spring and field works of 2014 the advance payment with providing as will make 15% of the cost of a subject of leasing. As a whole on spring and field works of this year at the expense of all sources National operating Kazagro holding it is planned to direct to 61,6 billion tenge from which 40 billion tenge is the budgetary credit. In the current year funds for a sowing campaign will be given by holding subsidiaries on similar credit products of last year. Besides for the first time at the expense of the budgetary credit of "Kazagro" begins financing of spring and field works through banks of the second level. The new source of credit resources is started according to the Agrobusiness 2020 program for expansion of availability of financing for villagers. As a whole, the funds allocated by National holding for a sowing campaign, will allow to hold demanded agrotechnical events on the area of 6,1 million hectares.
