Tsesnabank announces receipt of statement of claim

/KASE, April 10, 14/ – Tsesnabank (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on April 7, 2014 the Bank's office received a statement of claim brought by an individual at Auezov district court in Almaty against the Bank and third parties regarding appealing against actions of a bailiff".
