Tsesnabank announces receipt of statement of claim

/KASE, April 10, 14/ – Tsesnabank (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on April 3, 2014 the Bank's office received a statement of counterclaim brought on March 13, 2014 by an individual at Almaly district court No. 2 in Almaty against the Bank regarding acknowledgement of a bank loan agreement, money pledge agreement and a mortgage agreement invalid".
