of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed
KASE by the official letter:

On April 7, 2014, the Bank received the written notice of Rating Agency
Standard & Poor's on annual affirmation of the Bank issued securities rating:
1) The first bond program to the amount of KZT50 bn;
2) The first bond program to the amount of KZT10 bn, within the first bond
program to the amount of KZT50 bn;
3) The second bond program to the amount of KZT40 bn, within the first bond
program to the amount of KZT50 bn.
According to the written notices, the above securities rating is affirmed
at "В".
