Tsesnabank announces receipt of statement of claim

/KASE, April 11, 14/ – Tsesnabank (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on April 4, 2014 the Bank's office received a statement of claim brought by an individual at Oktyabr district court in Karagandy against the Bank regarding acknowledgement of a purchase-sale agreement and a mortgage agreement invalid".
