/KASE, April 11, 14/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company"
(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of approval by the National Bank
of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of the report on results of
placement of bonds KZ2C0Y07E517 (KZ2C00002160, KASE official list, Rated Debt
Securities category, KZIKb25; KZT1, KZT10.0 bn; July 26, 2013 – July 26, 2020,
semi-annual coupon 8.50 % p.a., 30/360) for period from January 26, 2014 to
February 20, 2014.
According to the letter provided as of April 1, 2014, 3,893,000,001 of the said
bonds were outstanding.
